With more than 10 years’ experience of cross-border trade and e-commerce operations, Mr Cheng advises Hong Kong and Taiwanese merchants on effective sales techniques for a range of products, including electronics, fashion, healthcare and beauty, bike parts and collectibles. He also offers consultancy on platform policy, shipping and merchandising, as well as providing big-data analysis to help clients succeed in e-commerce.
